About the speakers

Zev Siegl

Zev Siegl is an American entrepreneur, best known for co-founding the Starbucks Coffee Company. In 1971, Siegl, along with his partners Jerry Baldwin and Gordon Bowker, opened the first Starbucks store in Seattle's historic Pike Place Market.

The trio focused on selling high-quality coffee beans and equipment, inspired by their passion for fresh, flavorful coffee. Siegl's entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to quality played a pivotal role in establishing the Starbucks brand.

Although Siegl sold his share of the company in the 1980s, his legacy endures as Starbucks grew into a global phenomenon.

After leaving Starbucks, Siegl continued to make contributions to the business world as a consultant, educator, and mentor to startups and entrepreneurs, sharing his insights and experiences to foster the growth of new businesses.

His journey from a small storefront in Seattle to becoming a part of a global brand is a testament to his vision, dedication, and entrepreneurial acumen.

Jonatan is Co-Founder of All Gravy, a Danish SAAS company focused on the retail and hospitality industries. He cut his teeth consulting Financial Institutions in London before realizing building companies and tech was much more exciting than spreadsheets and formatting slides.

Prior to founding All Gravy he has been working in startups, scaleups and on the venture side and enjoys a bit of angel investing on the side. He is a strong believer in lean startup methodology, customer-driven innovation and in the power of user research.
