She is the founder of Future of Work Solutions, and a driving force in the development of the ‘New Normal’ concept, and she has been instrumental in reshaping how organizations approach their people strategies in today's volatile market landscape.

As an internationally recognized authority, Patricia comes with over two decades of high-level experience spanning retail, manufacturing, heavy industry, gaming, and consultancy sectors. Her diverse career journey has seen her spearhead strategic projects from operational HR Director/C-level roles to global talent, learning, and organizational development initiatives. A passionate advocate for driving both people and business growth, Patricia has pioneered innovative concepts that resonate with today's shifting paradigms in organizational culture and talent management.

Patricia is a seasoned Behaviorist with a special focus on Organization and Leadership Development, backed by her Master's in International Migration and Ethnic Relation, and credentials as an ACC Coach and CBT therapist.

Jonatan Marc Rasmussen (Moderator)

Jonatan is Co-Founder of All Gravy, a Danish SAAS company focused on the retail and hospitality industries. He cut his teeth consulting Financial Institutions in London before realizing building companies and tech was much more exciting than spreadsheets and formatting slides.

Prior to founding All Gravy he has been working in startups, scaleups and on the venture side and enjoys a bit of angel investing on the side. He is a strong believer in lean startup methodology, customer-driven innovation and in the power of user research.
