The Problem

Letz Sushi, a Copenhagen-based chain of sushi restaurants, dedicated to sustainable sushi and saving the world's oceans. With 21 stores and around 300 employees, they faced challenges in motivating their staff to take on more shifts, particularly during sickness. Letz Sushi needed to activate their reserves to take additional shifts, provide their staff with a variety of benefits, increase employee satisfaction, and reduce hiring costs and employee turnover.

The Financial Wellbeing feature was particularly effective, as it motivated employees by providing a clear understanding of their earnings and the immediate benefits of taking additional shifts.

‍The Result

After adopting All Gravy, Letz Sushi experienced a 50% increase in the number of shifts taken and a significant boost in employee engagement. The implementation inspired alignment with the company’s customer-driven culture and increased employees' understanding of their payslips and budgeting control.
