Is there a free plan?+

No. We offer a free trial when you book a demo, and onboarding is hands-on. We're a paid product because we replace paid tools.

What's the minimum team size?+

All Gravy is built for hospitality operators with 200+ frontline staff across multiple locations. Below that, we're probably overkill.

Can I add or drop modules later?+

Yes. Modules are switched on or off independently. Your bill adjusts the next month.

How do you count active users?+

Active users are people who logged in during the billing month. Inactive accounts don't count.

Do I need long contracts?+

No. We do annual deals for customers who want them, but month-to-month is fine. No lock-in tricks.

What's included on every plan?+
